From time to time we are able to help our friends at the Hunter Koala Preservation Society by accepting rescued Koalas into the resort so that they can continue their recouperation process in their natural environment. Samurai Beach Resort is committed to helping the environment - so much so that we have an accreditation for it. Find out more. Koala Tracking Program @ Samurai Beach Resort Did you know? That we offer guests the opportunity to participate in a koala tracking program by filling out a survey form & noting down times and locations of any Koalas spotted in and around the resort. Relevant information is located in all rooms. Did you know? If you spot a Koala at Samurai Beach Resort you get the opportunity to name it, your choice, anything you like! .....Our friendly staff will write the details down on a special marker board under the tree where the koala is so other guests can spot them easily. Did you know? When a koala is rescued it is usually named after the person who found it or the place where it was rescued from.

As the wedding day and night goes so quickly we were grateful to spend the next day lounging by the pool catching up with our loved ones. For the reception it gave us alot of freedom to decide how we set up the marquee, as well as how we catered for food and alcohol. Added to this your staff was always friendly, helpful and quick to reply to any query or question I had. On the actual weekend of the wedding, the staff went above n beyond our expectations (especially Neil the groundsman :)) We would recommend Samurai Beach Resort to anyone considering having their wedding there. Brett and iI, as well as all of our guests commented on how serene, tranquil and amazing your resort is and we would all return in a heartbeat to your little slice of paradise.
