ACCOMMODATION
Please be aware that if guests are only staying Saturday night, the guaranteed check in time will be 3pm Saturday. To ensure early check in, the resort recommends the 2 nights package

Studio Room (x8) – spacious single room motel style accommodation, with queen bed, double sofa bed, ensuite toilet & shower, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning, TV, FOXTEL, linen & towels.

One Bedroom Suite (x3) - open plan style accommodation, with one queen bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge area, bathroom with toilet, corner bath and shower, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, FOXTEL, linen & towels.

One Bedroom Suite with Spa (x8) - open plan style accommodation, with one queen bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge area, bathroom with toilet, corner spa bath and shower, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, FOXTEL, linen & towels.

Two Bedroom Villa (x11) - 2 bedroom Luxury Villa set in the natural bush land of the Resort. Offers queen bedroom, and second room with single bed and 2 single bunks, separate toilet, double sofa bed in lounge area, 2 way bathroom with vanity, spa bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, DVD/VCR, FOXTEL, linen & towels.

Deluxe Studio (Bride & Groom Suite) (x1) – spacious self contained luxury suite. Queen bed, double sofa bed, ensuite with toilet & shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, air conditioning, DVD/VCR, TV, FOXTEL, CD player, linen and towels. This suite also offers a secluded outside hot tub in private courtyard.

SITE BOOKING FEE - $500 – for a period of 5 hours for the wedding reception. A resort staff member will be on site to attend to any operational requests / urgent matters.

ACCOMMODATION DEPOSIT
One night deposit for all accommodation will be required to secure your booking within 30 days of receiving your booking form.

SITE FEE DEPOSIT
You are required to pay 50% deposit for reception site confirmation within 30 days of receiving your booking form.

FINAL PAYMENT AND ROOMING LIST
Samurai Beach Resort requires the final payment for accommodation, equipment and site fee within 10 working days prior to your function. This payment can be made via credit card, cash, cheque or money order. The rooming list is also required 10 working days prior.

CANCELLATION
In the event of a confirmed function being cancelled, notice in writing must be forwarded to our office and the following will apply:

ACCOMMODATION
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the function date the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $30 per room.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the function date, there will be no refund of deposits.

SITE FEE
If cancelled more than 90 days prior to the function date the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $100.

If cancelled less than 90 days prior to the function date, there will be no refund of deposits.
